When you decide to add your conference to Lofoten, you certainly hope to bring more than one meeting room with you. Here at Nyvågar, you get a small piece of the whole of Lofoten.

We have room for 120 people for accommodation, meetings and dinner and have several smaller conference and group rooms. Make the journey here an activity and experience in itself! We help with planning everything from when you leave the door at home until you have returned home.

This winter we have a unique offer for you. We give you the opportunity to reserve the whole of Nyvågar exclusively for a safe conference, party, Christmas party or another event.

The hotel will ask your organizer for a list of participants in advance. This is to ensure that the advice on distance can be followed and as a tool for possible infection tracing afterwards
Contact surfaces on tables and chairs as well as other places in the room are disinfected with alcohol or ozone water as part of the cleaning ahead of the conference
Tables or chairs will be spaced at least 1 meter apart. It is therefore not permitted to move furniture in the room
Breakfast will be served as a plate dish, a la carte or buffet.

This offer can only be made in winter, as there is a lot of traffic at other times of the year.
